Participated in, performed at, and gave a presentation on "Arranging and Publishing Sheet Music in the Digital Age" at the Chet Atkins Appreciation Society Convention in Nashville Tennessee.
July 6 - 12, 2019. Participated in the El Arte Flamenco Guitar Course, in Ronda, Spain. Director: Flamenco guitar master, Juan Martin.

July 4 - 9, 2018. Participated in the Classical Guitar Retreat in Cumbrae, Scotland. Director: Matthew McAllister, Lecturer at the Royal Conservatoire, Edinburgh, Scotland. Attended concerts given by Matthew McAllister and David Russell. Attended a session with MM asking DR questions about his beginnings and his current views of guitar technique and practice. I also performed the Clyde Suite by Ron Moore, in a performance by participants.
Friday June 8, 2018, 7 to 8 p.m. Concert at Hope and a Future Neighborhood House, 3440 S High Point Road, Madison, WI. Highlighting Music from Spain, Japan, and of course, music by Bach.
Sunday May 27, 2018, 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Concert at the Abbey - A performance of classical guitar music from around the world, for the Cistercian monks at the New Mellerary Abbey, 6632 Melleray Circle, Peosta, Iowa, 52068.
February 18, 2018. 3:30 p.m. Performed the Vivaldi Guitar Concerto in D Major with Daytona Solisti Chamber Orchestra. Venue: Grace Episcopal Church in Port Orange, FL. Also performed a selection of solo pieces including Fantasy on Themes from Verdi's opera La Traviata.
January 13, 2018, 8 p.m. Solo concert, performing music from around the world. I was joined for several selections by special guest, Jolene Crossman on flute, Venue: Blue Bamboo Center for the Arts, Winter Park, FL.
July 30th-August 4th, 2017. Participated in the Camino Artes Guitar Workshop, in Carrion de los Condes, Spain. Played in masterclasses with Matthew McAllister and Rene Izquierdo. Performed in local churches and cathedrals for pilgrims walking the Camino de Santiago,
